Professionally qualified as rehabilitation practitioner in intellectual disability, a graduate from BHU-Varanasi, alumni of the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID, Govt. of India) with graduation in intellectual disability; with PG in special education. A dedicated rehabilitation professional and social entrepreneur with a strong commitment to serve individuals and families with special needs; with competence in intellectual and developmental disabilities.

He has over 2 decades of hands-on experience in providing professional services, quality care and residential support to youth and adults with developmental disabilities. Dr.Kesri is the Founder Managing Director of Ashadeep Group of Institutions and is widely known for his excellent inter-personal communication skills and an empathetic attitude.

He has dedicated his life towards providing quality residential training and care services to individuals with disabilities that has brought smiles in hundreds of families by providing most needed respite to the families in distress in training and management of their child with special needs. A firm believer of activity based learning and functional skilling those could enhance independence and quality of life of individuals with special needs. He dreams to create a cadre of dedicated professionals and caregivers; and provide state-of-the-art residential training and rehabilitation facilities with skilling and independence as primary goals.
