Leave Application

Parents/guardians must apply in writing or via registered email address for boarding leave in the prescribed format.

Serious Illness

MID-WAY HOME will ensure first-aid, basic consultation, and admission to a local private hospital. On doctor’s advice, parents/guardians must take charge of the boarder within 24 hours of intimation for any serious illness.

Medical Bill Reimbursement: The cost incurred in treatment must be reimbursed by the parent within 10 days

Replacement of Uniforms & Dress

For accidental wear-and-tear, uniform/dress replacement will be done with prior notice to parents. Reimbursement shall be claimed from the parents within one week.

Crisis Management

In the event of any unforeseen happening, the institute will take every care for the wellbeing of boarders. However, parents will be required to take charge within 24 hours of notice.

Progress Reporting

Quarterly progress reports will be sent to parents/guardians via email with a feedback form. Parent feedback will be considered for subsequent programme improvements.

Grievance Reporting & Redressal

Redressal will be taken up by the Warden/Management within a reasonable timeframe under intimation to the parent/guardian.

Right to Withdraw

Parents can withdraw with 24-hour notice. However, registration fee, annual fees, and monthly fee will not be refunded. Monthly fee applies for the full month.

Right for Termination

Despite all professional and personal efforts, if there is repeated failure in improving quality of life, inadequate development improvement, or challenges in group management, the institute reserves the right to withdraw the boarder with 60 days’ prior notice.

Medical Supply / Medicine Fee

Important: No medication without a valid prescription will be administered.
